		<description><![CDATA[No, it doesn&#039;t live with Rakudo; it is, however, bundled with the Rakudo Star distribution. If you build your own Rakudo, then you&#039;ll need to build the debugger yourself too, for now. In the long run, it&#039;d be nice to get Panda able to handle installing it, but since it&#039;s not really just a module, that&#039;s not possible just yet.]]></description>
